Selected physical products from third parties may also be offered where they fit the purpose and values of Muhubo Nurture.

The description, format, price and relevant delivery information will be shown on the applicable product page before purchase.

04

Educational and reflective content

Journals, workbooks, articles, Nasia Within You content, reflection exercises and other Muhubo Nurture resources are created for educational, reflective and personal development purposes.

They are not intended to provide a medical or psychological diagnosis and do not replace professional medical, psychological or mental health care.

Reflection can affect people differently. You remain free to pause, skip or return to an exercise whenever that feels more appropriate for you.

05

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT where required, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any additional delivery costs or other charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment is made using the payment methods available during checkout.

An order is confirmed once the purchase has been successfully completed and you have received confirmation.

06

Digital products

Digital products may include downloadable journals, workbooks, guides, templates or other digital resources.

The product page will explain the format and any relevant technical requirements before purchase.

Where a digital product is supplied immediately, you may be asked during checkout to expressly agree to delivery beginning before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once delivery of the digital content begins, where permitted by law.

If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

07

Physical products and delivery

Where physical products are available, the applicable delivery area, estimated delivery time and delivery costs will be shown before purchase.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

If an order cannot be delivered within the expected period, I will provide information about the delay and the options available to you.

08

Right of withdrawal

When you purchase online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory period of 14 days in which you may withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

For physical products, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

For services and certain other agreements, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day after the agreement is made.

Details about exercising your right of withdrawal, including any applicable exceptions and return instructions, will also be provided where required.

09

Returns and refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal for a physical product, the product must normally be returned within 14 days after notifying Muhubo Nurture of the withdrawal.

You may inspect a physical product as you reasonably would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Information about who is responsible for return shipping costs and the applicable return address will be provided before purchase where required.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and normally using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

10

Faulty or incorrect products

Products must meet the agreement and the reasonable expectations you may have based on the information provided before purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible so that the situation can be reviewed and an appropriate solution can be offered in accordance with your statutory rights.

11

Services and sessions

If Muhubo Nurture offers a session or other personal service, the scope, price, duration and any specific cancellation conditions will be communicated before the agreement is made.

Where you expressly request that a service begins during the statutory withdrawal period, different withdrawal rules may apply in accordance with consumer law.

12
